Skip errors listed in the appendix, "Instrument Skip Error Summary," resulted in missing data for some respondents. Missing data from skip errors are not missing at random.

Data errors listed in the appendix, "Instrument Data Error Summary," are not systematic and occurred for a variety of reasons at the individual respondent level (interview breakoffs, respondents moving back and forth in the questionnaire creating discrepant data, laptop failures, transmission errors, etc.). Missing data from these non-systematic data errors can be treated as if they are missing at random.
